Exchange Policy

30-Day Exchange

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

How to Exchange

Contact our customer service team at customercare@jdyswsysfoleit.store with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic exchanges.

Processing

Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You will receive confirmation once your new item ships.
